home of the Street City Vegan Seitan Roast Mix!  

As a longtime vegan with a craving for comfort food, I went to work mixing and remixing to bring all the flavours and meaty textures to my signature Seitan Mix! 

I have always had a passion for cooking; infusing flavours, working with textures and creating new dishes. When I went vegan, I found my options for marinating, grilling and spice crusting were good ( tofu and veggies) but I was still looking for more. This roast can be used as a hunk of vegan "meat" ready to be shaped, worked and prepared however your little heart desires! 

Whether you're new to the kitchen, or it's your creative space, the guesswork, measurements, spices and balance have been done for you. Simply add one cup of water and you're ready to go!

This mix has been a labor of love that I am happy to share with vegans, veggies and non-veggies alike.
